Greatest needs: Non-Perishable Food Items & Adult Gifts

PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
This community event is for families in need to come to Creekside Church and “shop” for their family Christmas. Parents will shop for toys, children will shop for gifts for their parents, families will shop for winter gear, and all families will receive the staples necessary for a Christmas dinner. In addition to the fun shopping experience, children will enjoy bouncy houses and a Christmas story during this event.
We are inviting organizations from the community to extend invitations to their clients, whom they know to be in need around the holidays. Our current community partners include Set Free Alaska, Valley Oaks, and Alaska Youth and Family Network. If you would like to partner with Creekside, please help us by extending invitations to your clients.
We have been collecting items for this event all year and now are just in need of warm clothing for all ages. If you’d like to help, please bring your new and gently used winter clothing donations to the collection box at Creekside Church.
We also need non perishable food items for the Christmas dinner bags that we will give out at the event. CLICK HERE for a detailed list of items we need.
We also need volunteers to help with the event itself. Keep an eye out for volunteer opportunities throughout the year!
